Robomate At Our Core.

The stuff that actually shapes how we work, and why.

  • We actually use the gear ourselves.

Every one of us gets properly hands-on with the robots we sell - steep lawns, long hair, allergies, one very determined Labrador. Real expertise, not rehearsed lines.

  • We choose honesty over anything.

We'd rather tell you the truth - about a product, a decision, or our own mistake - than take the easy way out, no matter who's asking.

  • We keep things flat, not corporate.

Good ideas win no matter your title. We move fast because we skip the sign-off chains and pointless meetings other places seem to love.

  • We hire people, not just a résumé.

Loving what you do and genuinely wanting to be part of something bigger matters far more to us than the perfect CV ever could - whatever your story looks like.

  • We Choose Simple Over Complicated.

It's the whole reason Robomate exists - and that same thinking shapes our products, our service, and the workplace we've built too.

How We Hire

We keep our recruitment process pretty straightforward and simple - and that includes no vague 'we've gone with someone more suitable' cop-outs.
If you take the time to apply, we'll take the time to give you a real answer, and a real reason, at every stage.

  • 1. Apply.

Send through your CV and a few lines on why Robomate caught your eye.
We will always prioritise personalised Cover Letters.

  • 2. Phone screen.

A short call with our recruitment team to see if there's a fit worth exploring further.

  • 3. Interview(s).

Usually one or two rounds, occasionally three for senior roles. This is where we dig into the role, your experience, and whether it's a fit on both sides. For hands-on roles, it might include a look around the workshop or store.

  • 4. Reference checks, then an offer.

We move quickly in business, and we move quickly for candidates too. If it's not a yes, we'll tell you why.

  • 5. Welcome aboard.

Grab a coffee, meet the team, and get stuck in!
