Shipping Timeframes

We usually ship orders across Australia from our Brisbane warehouse, unless stated otherwise on the product page prior to order. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, product availability, order size, and the freight service required.

Standard Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, unless the product is listed as a pre-order, backorder, or special-order item.

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:

Brisbane metro 1–3 business days

Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba 1–4 business days

Sydney, Canberra, regional Queensland 2–6 business days

Melbourne, Adelaide, regional NSW, VIC and SA 3–8 business days

Perth, Hobart, Darwin, regional WA, TAS and NT 5–12 business days

Remote areas 7–15+ business days

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, public holidays, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Large Item & Freight Deliveries

Robot lawnmowers and larger products may be shipped using freight services rather than standard parcel delivery.

Large item deliveries may require:

  • Someone available to receive the delivery
  • A suitable delivery location with safe access
  • Additional delivery time for regional or remote areas
  • Depot collection or special delivery arrangements in some cases

We will contact you if any special delivery arrangements are required.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked as a pre-order or backorder, the estimated arrival date will usually be shown on the product page or communicated to you after purchase.

Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may either ship available items first or hold the order and ship everything together once all items are available. This will depend on the product type, order value, and freight method.

Dispatch Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to dispatch orders quickly, delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier capacity, remote delivery routes, weather, public holidays, or other events outside Robomate’s control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will help investigate with the carrier.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Robomate is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional freight costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Inspection on Delivery, Damage and Shortages

You must inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and confirm that the products received match your order and have not been damaged in transit.

Any visible damage, missing items, incorrect quantities, or delivery issues must be reported to Robomate in writing within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the packaging and product where relevant.

If your delivery appears damaged, incomplete, or has been tampered with, you should not sign for the delivery as being received in good condition. Where possible, you should either refuse delivery or clearly note the damage, shortage, or issue with the carrier before signing.

To the extent permitted by law, if you do not notify Robomate of any damage, shortage, or incorrect quantity within 48 hours of receipt, the goods will be deemed to have been received in full and accepted in good condition.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
