Warranty Terms

All robots purchased from Robomate come with a limited manufacturers warranty. Specific policies apply to the following brands.

Robomate is not obliged to service the warranty for products not purchased directly from us.

Note, all warranties are subject to fair use in line with the user manual. Routine, regular maintenance by the user will be required to ensure reliable operation. Reasonable maintenance costs will be payable by the user after the expiration of the warranty period.

Mammotion Mowers

1. Warranty Coverage:

1.1. The robot lawnmower (hereinafter referred to as “the Product”) is covered by a limited warranty from the date of purchase. The period of this warranty is published on the Product page of this website at time of purchase. This warranty covers the main robot unit, including its battery.

1.2. The charger included with the Product is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

1.3. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser (“the Customer”) and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Exclusions:

2.1. The warranty does not cover tires, accessories (such as blades), or any cosmetic damage to the Product.

2.2. The warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions resulting from misuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond normal and intended use.

2.3 Inadequate packaging for return freight.

2.4 Products with a serial number which has been adjusted, tampered with, or is missing.

2.5 Insufficient internet connectivity strength.

2.6 Compatibility issues with specific user devices.

3. Routine Maintenance:

3.1. The Customer is responsible for performing routine maintenance on the Product as outlined in the manufacturer’s user manual. Routine maintenance includes tasks such as cleaning, inspection, and tightening of relevant components. A failure to do reasonable maintenance, as advised in the user manual, may void the warranty.

4. Return to Base Warranty:

4.1. In the event of a warranty claim, the Customer is responsible for returning the defective Product to the place of purchase or an authorized service center at their own expense.

4.2. The Product must be returned in its original packaging or packaging that provides equivalent protection to prevent damage during transportation.

5. Warranty Process:

5.1. To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must provide a proof of purchase, including the purchase date and the serial number of the Product.

5.2. The warranty claim must be made within the applicable warranty period, as mentioned in Section 1.

5.3. The manufacturer or authorized service center will, at their discretion, repair or replace the defective parts or the entire Product. Replaced parts or the Product itself may be new or refurbished.

5.4. Any repaired or replaced parts will be covered by the remaining duration of the original warranty or 90 days from the date of repair/replacement, whichever is longer.

6. Limitations and Liabilities:

6.1. The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or the Product itself, as described in Section 5.

6.2. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or malfunction of the Product, including but not limited to loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use, or any other economic loss.

7. Other Conditions:

7.1. This warranty is in addition to any rights the Customer may have under consumer protection laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.

7.2. The warranty terms outlined herein constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the manufacturer, and no other representations, warranties, or commitments are expressed or implied.

By purchasing and using the Product, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty, including the routine maintenance and service requirements. The manufacturer reserves the right to modify these warranty terms without prior notice.

Lymow Mowers

Policy Overview

Lymow provides a 2-year free warranty for all manufacturing or shipping-related issues. However, consumable parts (for specific consumable parts, please refer to the tablet below) as well as the Lymow unit that fails due to user error, disassembly, and improper maintenance are not covered under our warranty. We stand behind our products and services with confidence, and we are happy to provide ongoing technical guidance. After-sales service includes, but is not limited to, professional mail-in exchanges, technical guidance, and any other available solutions that can help you.The warranty is tied to your Lymow One Plus/Lymow One mower by the unique SN (Serial Number).All customers who purchase the Lymow One during the pre-order period will be entitled to an additional 1-Year extended warranty, bringing the total warranty coverage for your Lymow One to 3 years.All in-stockLymow Oneorders available in Australia will also include a free 1-year extended warranty, resulting in a total of 3 years of warranty coverage (2 years standard + 1 year extended).

Warranty Limitations

Lymow's sole responsibility during this warranty period is to choose to repair or replace the product. Any implied warranties or conditions (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or other aspects) are limited in duration to the duration of the express warranty stated above. In no event shall Lymow be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising out of the breach of any express or implied warranty or condition (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or other aspects), unless otherwise required by law. Certain jurisdictions may not allow the limitation of the duration of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Warranty services are strictly limited to the country or region where the product was originally purchased. We do not provide across-country warranty support. Using the product outside its original market/country/region of purchase may void your warranty coverage. If you purchase the product in one country and transport it to another for use, warranty services may be unavailable in the new location.This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from region to region.It is the responsibility of the consumer to regularly inspect the product to determine if normal maintenance or replacement is required.

The following conditions are not included

× Lymow products that have been modified, neglected, improperly maintained, used for commercial purposes, misused, or abused, or involved in accidents.

× Product damage caused by incorrect assembly or repairs.× Damage caused by factors unrelated to material and workmanship, including but not limited to the user's lack of technical skills, abilities, or experience.

× Damage to the product's surface coating, aesthetics, or appearance.

× Labor costs incurred for disassembly, reinstallation, and adjustment of the product within unauthorized assembly.

× Normal wear and tear of the product.

The following procedure applies to the assertion of the guarantee

  • For assistance in claiming the warranty, please contact the Lymow customer service team. It can be reached via chat and by email.
  • If you have ordered the product outside of official Lymow channels, such as the official website, please contact the retailer that you have purchased the product from. They will inform you about the further procedure.
  • To contact the customer service team, please have a valid proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice) with the date of purchase and the serial number of the product. If you have purchased the product from an official Lymow store, the order number is sufficient as proof of purchase.
  • The customer service team will carry out an initial fault diagnosis and provide you with solutions. For this purpose, the customer service team may ask you to download or install certain software updates. Please follow any instructions given by the customer service team. If the fault cannot be rectified, please send the product to the service station specified by the customer service team.
  • Use the original carton and the original packaging material of the product for shipping or provide equivalent packaging and equivalent packaging material. Pack the product in such a way that any damage caused by improper packaging during transportation is avoided ( e.g. by providing sufficient padding ). Lymow is not liable for damage caused by improper packaging during transportation.
  • Lymow will bear the shipping costs, unless Lymow determines that the product is not under warranty after checking the product. Lymow will then provide you with a free shipping label that you can use for shipping.

The warranty applies to the following products within the specified period

If your Lymow products are purchased on the Lymow official website.

Forin-stock products, the warranty period starts on the day after the package is delivered or the day of the device is activated.

For pre-order products, the warranty period starts on the day after the package is delivered or the day the device is activated. If the device has not been activated 30 days after the package is delivered, the warranty period starts on the day after the package is delivered.

Liability - All Products

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robomate’s total liability arising from the use, malfunction, or failure of any product shall be limited to the original purchase price paid by the Customer for that product.

Robomate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages, including (but not limited to) loss of use, loss of data, loss of income, damage to property, or third-party claims.

In the event of a suspected fault or malfunction in any autonomous product, the Customer must immediately cease use and contact Robomate customer support within a reasonable timeframe. Continued use of a potentially faulty product may result in further damage or void any applicable warranty.

Robomate is not responsible for any claims, damages, or losses arising from third-party use, unauthorized modifications, or operation in a manner inconsistent with the user manual.


Robomate is not liable for product performance issues or damage resulting from external factors beyond its control, including but not limited to weather events, terrain conditions, wireless interference, or power surges.


It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure correct setup, mapping, and configuration of the autonomous product, including defining no-go zones and safe operating boundaries.


Customers are advised to maintain appropriate insurance for property damage or third-party liability, especially when operating autonomous machinery in shared or high-risk environments.
